5 stars only goes to your rep Ms. Sue because other reps hung up on me. Who was kind and respectful on the phone to me just now. She helped to reactivate my card after explaining the clear reasons why my card was inactive. She asked me to verify my transactions that I passed to get my card activated. Soon after my call I was able successfully make a purchase online. I told her how much I appreciate her help. The other reps were so rude and disrespectful to me but not Ms. Sue

They deactivate my card two years before expiration and refused to fix the problem but pushing a new card saying the card was old.

I'm extremely unhappy with the XtraPower card. When I look at my balance on the app, I see a running total of charges applied to my account year to date. There is really no full accounting of what those charges are for. Also, there is a daily transaction cap, which sometimes prevents me from having access to my funds which are on deposit. Lastly, they want to charge $15 for a money order in Aromatic locations purchased using my card. Are you kidding me? This is unacceptable.

The app rejects my password then it won't let me change it with my phone number. I clearly updated the number on the toll number, but the app doesn't seem to see it. I'm about to switch if I don't get any help immediately.
