For those having issues with Bluetooth connections, when it says it can't pair, click view help, then click the arrow to go back to the panel, then it lets you adjust your rbg lights like normal, So click on the device, Click view help or something like that, then click the back arrow in the top corner, hope this helps :)

Outdoor plug doesn't work, I suspect it lacks the physical components to even connect to Wi-Fi considering how light it is and the fact it never connects. This app however is the real issue, serious privacy concerns. Seeing others reviews makes me think this company is simply existing for surveillance or data harvesting

Stopped working after a couple of days. App claims that lights are connected but lights only stay one color even when I try to turn off lights from the app and with the button

No manual came with my light strip and when I try to connect them to the app it doesn't work and stays on one color. I have no idea how to enter pairing mode, and it doesn't have a controller since I had to download this stupid app. Now it doesn't connect
