I purchased China, Hong Kong & Macau e-sim for 10 days, everything looks good for beginning but the line is not stable, when I travel to another state is so worst totally is not provided any line. I'm trying to reach the customer service and getting very slow reply and bad attitude from the customer service. End up I waste it and purchase a local sim card to solve this issue. This will be the first and last for me to try for e-sim service.

Don't download this please. I purchased Australia & New Zealand plan with the hope to use it while I was travelling to Australia last week. However, after I reached Australia, and activated the plan, the service displayed "no service". Tried so many times and so many days but couldn't work. Tried to WhatsApp the customer service number given, but the number isn't registered on WhatsApp. Ended up have to activate my international data roaming.

Hello Xummer eSIM Support, I have already purchased the 7-day unlimited data plan and the payment was successful, but the Xummer eSIM app did not record the plan. Because of this, I’m unable to use the data. I also tried contacting your WhatsApp customer service, but there has been no response at all. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.
