I migrated to Pulse because Samsung messages was discontinuing. It works great, except that I often don't receive group text messages.

Great app! Initially I had uninstalled this app because, I didn't think it was that good, I take it back. A great alternative to Samsung Messages and to me, it's better than Textra SMS. Install Pulse SMS ASAP if you don't want audio messages failing, and if you just want a smoother app that feels just like Samsung Messages better than Google messages, I highly recommend!!!

Works great and looks clean almost like google messages but has a key word block list feature to stop political spam google messages allows into your inbox. Only issue is sms with pictures like a political sms the text part goes to blocked folder but the picture ends up in regular inbox folder. Tried other apps but did not like their look/feel. Decided annual fee for this app while high was worth it as it was the closest thing to ideal for me.

I have had this app for 3 years, but when I upgraded my phone recently I have had constant problems. My main problem is that I can't receive group text. It's down to one star for me. I'm going to switch to another app.

If you want to use this app you have to pay for it other than that it will fail your messages that you send

This app works great up until recently now it just freezes up. I can type up a text message, but it will not let me send it. Also if I try to reply to a text message I receive it closes out of the text app. There are no updates to the app for any troubleshooting that I have tried has worked. Including uninstalling the app restarting my phone and reinstalling the app. It works for a few hours and then stops working again.

UPDATE - Hasn't worked properly since last update. I need help. 2 different contacts won't show up in my current text window or archive even though I get the banner notification. I recently renewed my subscription, but now I'm thinking about dropping it and asking for a refund. My favorite for SMS. Some of my friends are now using it from my suggestion. Only thing I don't like is occasionally deleted and archived conversations reappear in current conversation list. No big deal, just another swipe.
