LOVE THIS SERVICE!!! I Moved from Indiana to ohio where my boost service wouldn't work. I get full bars and the unlimited hotspot is great for my smart tv. So glad I switched to Yahoo Mobile! Price is excellent and if you are looking for a prepaid unlimited plan choose this it was the best decision I could have made switching. I really thought that Yahoo mobile was the greatest,but then ! App never works, I got locked out of my acct send several emails concerning this to no avail. The agent I chatted with had no clue and them I found myself, disabled sick and no phone!!!!! To be told in 24-48 hours they will have my phone back on....WHO DOES THAT? Nothing on the help page actually help and to say you get a charge just to get someone to answer a question WRONG! YAHOO MOBILE,BYE FELICIA!

Constantly have to take out the SIM card and contact HELP on the phone and restart. Don't bother reporting it, it does no good.
