★★☆☆☆ I have been using the app for many years. But something happened to the service and to the support quality. I am trying to add a new bank card and can't do it without any error message, just nothing happens. The support is saying that the problem is in the card, BUT I had added this card to my wife's account. Moreover, I can't add any other card. The support is just ignoring it and saying that I should solve the problem with the bank. After all they refused to solve the issue. Disappointment.

★★☆☆☆ Warning!!! This is a scam app!!! I booked a City to City ride for 8000 KZT but after the ride it had changed to Taxi rate for 20000KZT!!! Support just provided scripted responses and would do nothing. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM APP!!!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED-OFF!!!! In regard to the "developer response". Just PR fluff. The fact is I have already contacted support, and they do nothing, and you will be RIPPED-OFF. AVOID THIS SCAM APP!!!!
