Call simply fails, after pressing the call button the call pops up then immediately closes. Worst part is no error message ! So how is one to know what the issue is ?

Outgoing calls are not clear, and I get static sound during the calls. I totally can't communicate with this app. I'm going to cancel my subscription since they couldn't assist me after more than one complaints.
