Hi can someone help me please. I recently lost my phone and got my number back. But I forgot my user I'd and now the app is telling me I'm providing the wrong details, while I'm certain I have the right email adn phone number. I feel like an idiot because I had a lot of money in there which I used while I was in somalia. Does anyone have help line number I could atleats contact??

Poor user experience. Plus reeived an unsolicited request to transfer funds to another account. For me, certainly not the best app out there. (Edit) The fact that nobody's responded to this yet is telling of the kind of customer service one may expect. (Edit) A responsible company would have asked me to elaborate on the problem. Instead, the response is aimed at shutting me down rather than providing solutions to my grievance. Is this the response I would have gotten had I been a victim of a scam
