Yelky Learn English AI

YELKY V5 — The city just got bigger.

A modular interface
Chat, Friends, School, Quiz: move from one module to the next without ever losing your thread. Unsure about a phrase mid-conversation with Amala? Switch to Chat, check your grammar, come back. Need to lock it in? Head to class.

School: a teacher who meets you where you are
Ryan Bennett, literature professor at NYU, tunes each lesson to what you can actually do. No preset level: he reads you, and pushes you just far enough.

Share your files in the conversation
Photos, PDFs, text, audio. Send Amala or Jayden a picture of you — or of your dog — and the exchange turns personal. Send your class notes before a test and revise them a different way. Share a track you love and talk it over with a New Yorker.

Quizzes that remember
Your progress, your streaks, your wins: all tracked.

Deeper characters
The Friends' backstories have been expanded. The result: stronger personalities, sharper reactions, conversations that no longer go in circles.

The Yelky Team 2026
Ryan, Amala, Jayden, Chryssie, Jamal, Aiko. Six New Yorkers, six ways of speaking English.

English, as yourself.

Yelky is six New Yorkers with a life, a voice and a memory. You're not following a path — you're talking to someone. And nobody recites.

FOUR MODULES, NO WALLS

Friends — Conversations with six characters who have their own world, their own concerns, their own way of speaking. They remember you.

School — A real lesson with Ryan Bennett, literature professor at NYU. He adapts to your level and your personality, with no fixed path.

Chat — Unsure about a phrase? Check your grammar without leaving the conversation, then go back.

Quiz — Seven real situations with seven people: restaurant, pharmacy, hotel, work. The English you actually need.

Move between them whenever you want, without ever losing the thread.

SEND WHAT YOU LOVE
Photos, PDFs, text, audio — straight into the conversation. Send a picture of yourself or your dog and the exchange becomes personal. Send your class notes before a test. Share a track you love and talk about it with a New Yorker.

Subtitles: your language, English, or none. You decide when the training wheels come off.

YOUR SIX NEW YORKERS

Ryan Bennett — Literature professor at NYU, PhD from Columbia. Deadpan humor, real standards. He teaches at your level, not his.

Amala Sharma — Luxury brand manager for a French fashion house on Madison Avenue, born and raised in Harlem. Elegant, ambitious, direct. The English of business and style.

Jayden Reed — 18, running from audition to audition for Broadway while finishing high school. Charismatic, intense, a little on edge. The English of the street and the stage.

Chryssie Kane — Guitarist, writes raw songs somewhere between PJ Harvey and The Cure. Bushwick clubs, tattoos, no compromises. English that doesn't apologize.

Jamal Carter — Art history freshman at NYU, from Brooklyn. What he's after: making art and street culture talk to each other, bringing the playground into the museum. Confident, quick-witted, loyal. The English of someone who moves between both worlds.

Aiko Tanaka — Born in Tokyo, trained in French cuisine in Paris, came through a starred kitchen in Florence, now head chef in the East Village. Japanese, French, Italian — bring her any kind of cooking and she'll help you build the recipe. Calm, perfectionist. The precise English of a pro who loves to share.
