I agree with other reviewers about the issues you have in your application. Also, sometimes bikes are not in a proper condition and one time I was about to fall. Buut I will give you 5 stars in order to cheer you up and motivate you to improve necessary things.

I would say the scooters are in pretty bad condition but there are some in excellent condition I don't know if bikes exist anymore, but I never had issues with the app I've been overcharged once And that was 25 dram only not much for a bad review and the scooters go up to 30 km/h, and I've rided the scooters 16 times I've never seen it stop for no reason

It didn't let me rent a scooter after paying for 1h and reserving, the qr code reading didn't work and neither did the manual code input.

They basically steal your money. A year ago I unlocked and tried to ride a bike, only to realize the chain was dropped. So I ended the ride right there. The app showed that "trip" cost me 45AMD, but my card was charged 500AMD. Similar overcharging happened on 3 other occasions, so I wrote to their customer service. No reply. I used their scooter again last week. The app showed the cost as 330AMD, but my card was charged 500AMD. Not big enough to fight, but enough to avoid the company forever

Yerevan Ride Team, you are unprofessional one, irresponsible. I cannot reach to you for 30 minutes. My scooters have been stolen for a several time..... To all these thieves: I LOVE YOUR MOTHERS AND SISTERS!!!

This is the worst service I've used. Ever! There are almost no areas allowed to park. I was trapped. Other scooters are parked everywhere, but not this service. Eventually I had to ride all the way back to where I started. And the customer support is terrible. Tried once, never using again. Plus, it costs more than taxi.
