YES Yoga Essential

YES (Yoga Essential and Suryanamaskar) App is a comprehensive digital platform designed to promote yoga practice and streamline the management of yoga sessions. The app enables participants to easily register, join instructor-led yoga groups, and track their session attendance through a secure QR-based system. Users can also maintain their health information during registration and conveniently view their upcoming, attended, and missed sessions in a calendar format, helping them stay consistent and engaged in their wellness journey.

For instructors, the app provides an efficient way to create and manage yoga groups, schedule sessions with location and timing details, and monitor participant engagement. Attendance tracking is simplified through QR code generation, ensuring accuracy and ease of use. Additionally, instructors can view and manage participant lists, allowing better coordination and communication within their groups.

The platform is supported by a robust admin module that ensures smooth governance and quality control. Administrators can approve and manage instructors, monitor group activities and locations, review participant health reports, and track attendance records across sessions. With built-in validations and controlled workflows, the YES app ensures reliability, data integrity, and a seamless experience for all users while aligning with the broader vision of promoting structured and accessible yoga practices.
