App crashes as soon as it opens. I have yet to actually use the app since joining the YMCA. Critical fix needed!

App is very, very slow. It's also a bit confusing to use in that my login is my email address, but when I go to communication preferences to change them, it doesn't default my email address. I then changed some settings for it and when I went to another device and logged into the app, the communication preferences were not the same as what I saved using the first device, so IDK if my changes even stuck. It also says you can't be logged in on more than one device at a time, and it will log you out of a past device, but I think I found that not to reliably work, as I was able to return to the other device and keep browsing there while not signing in again IIRC. Other than maybe updating my credit card info when it expires or my phone number, etc., I don't see using this app all that much given that it's slow and not at all enjoyable to use.
