I do not understand the low rating here. This is a great product (assuming it's accuracy is as advertised!). It is quite literally a step-by-step guide, and it takes minutes. Saves you a trip to the fertility doctor and provides great value.

Worked perfectly. Great UI too. I was worried when I saw all the 1-star reviews, but I think they just had boomer-tech skills and couldn't figure out how to properly use the app. Ensure you open your Wi-Fi in settings, connect to the Yo Wi-Fi network, and then click "stay connected" instead of letting your phone switch to mobile data. At one point at the very end (where it's showing your video in the background) I had to disconnect from the Yo Wi-Fi and connect to my Wi-Fi and it worked.

This is the worst app I've ever used. Everything about it. Especially that it requires your phone to be at 50%+ to start the testing, even though it takes maybe 1-2% to conduct. And won't let you just have it plugged in to power if it's under 50%. Absolute dogs*t, whoever designed and coded this app should be charged and sentenced. This app is a hate crime.

Doesn't work and no support they should start off by saying this app may not work. You may have to do multiple troubleshooting. Before you start the process, make sure the device works. It takes over an hour for Tech Support to respond to you. If you started the process, the specimens no longer valid wasted the solution. And a slide, and there's really no explanation on how to correct the troubleshooting. Besides, put it on Airplane mode and just keep trying. How's that a solution?
