Now a black belt and owner of a yoga studio in Norway, Sebastian has channeled his expertise into creating a tool that addresses the unique needs of BJJ athletes. The app also features contributions from Rosi Sexton, a professional osteopath and former MMA champion, who leads a robust Rehab Program designed to aid injury recovery and prevention.
