Bought an eSim. Upon deactivating it, they cancelled the remaining GB, hence I couldn't use the plan I bought. Customer support tried gaslighting into me having used up my plan, which is not true. Upon that, no response👎🏿👎🏿

Customer service is terrible, live agents aren't live, they aren't there at all, the Sim cards aren't active, and you won't find someone to assist you, don't waste your money here.

The app said I had 3.44Gb of data and the phone said no data left even though I had 20gb of top-up data activated. Left stranded in the middle of nowhere on a rainy day in Vietnam on my bicycle. Messaged customer support, and they sent me another Sim saying server upgrades but the app didn't update so grabbed a Vettel Sim and no problems while the Yoho app is still showing 3.44gb two weeks later.
