I'm very disappointed with how things turned out. I live in the U.S. I attempted to place a order 3 times for $200. My funds were readily available in both my debit and credit card (I am a navy Federal holder). The charge was placed on my card once for my credit card and once for my debit card.. On the app and site itd say processing for 1 day then gets canceled saying declined... now I have $400 being held until it falls off. I attempted getting customer service assistance and nothing was done.

23-09-2021 Horrible,unrealiable customer service.Now I run the risk of having a £604 parcel destroyed. 02-07-2022 Tried using them again.After a week of "processing" my order was canceled.Still waiting for my 1000 usd refund.Devinetly won't use them again.
