★★☆☆☆ Has got worse after the March update. OTP does not get delivered even after multiple attempts. OTP is not received and multiple warranty card numbers are generated for the same customer. Frustrating app.

★★☆☆☆ I bought my tire from noida. It is under warranty and got burst in bareilly. I called bareilly dealer SS wheels he said it will take 1 month to replace your tire. What kind of all over India warranty is this?

★★☆☆☆ Yokohama India is the worst service regarding tires in whole of India. Their service is very, very bad. I mean to say the worst service award goes to Yokohama in terms of service. Their dealers are complete thieves and liars. I bought tires for my car in September 2022 out of which 1 tire got damaged. I had given that tire to the Yokohama dealer 15 days back but till now it has not got changed. Their service is so poor and bad that it makes the customer most frustrated.
