I always rent directly from the airport. This trip I booked throughout Yolcu360 from GOLDMAN company. It was an amazing experience for the car, the company. And the staff were very helpful, especially when I dropped the car. Mr. ERF AN was an extremely helpful person. I hope I mentioned his name correctly because he really offered me great help. The worst system, and customer system ever! First, they don't pick up the calls. And they provide a weird credit card obligation system which is stupid and old-fashioned bureaucracy. But sorry, who would even give their personal credit card to the rental agencies 😃 They write the necessity of the credit cards neither in bold nor in capital letters. And claim it to be in their apps and websites. The website and app are not user-friendly. Save your time, money, and effort!
