YOLI: AI guide-Bobojon's Voice

YOLI is Bobojon's voice on the road through Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

Bobojon does not read you a guidebook. He tells it the way an old man who has lived here all his life would: why Hisor Fortress was torn down twenty-one times, whose horse brought the sword, why Khujand set twelve boats against Genghis Khan, who really lies under the bare brick in Khiva and why pilgrims have been coming there for seven hundred years.

How it works. Open the app, pick a language, and the places around you are right there: the city comes from your location. Tap a place and Bobojon starts talking. Listen as you walk, read if you prefer, or ask him anything in the chat.

What is inside.
Over 200 places in 34 cities: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva and the desert fortresses of Khorezm, Nukus, Muynak and the Aral shore, Termez, Shakhrisabz, Nurata, Fergana, Kokand, Andijan, Dushanbe, Khujand, Panjakent, Iskanderkul, Khorog and the Pamirs, the Wakhan, Kulob.
Every place has several stories of different kinds: a legend, a documented history, a fact. Where a legend is unconfirmed, Bobojon says so. Where there is none, he tells what actually happened.
Voice in five languages: Russian, English, Uzbek, Chinese, Tajik. Not every story has a voice yet, but every story has its text.
Ready one-day routes for Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Dushanbe and Khujand.

Who it is for. For people who travel on their own, without a group or a guide with a flag. For those who want to understand a place, not tick it off. For those coming back home and wanting to hear familiar streets in new words.

YOLI is made by people from Dushanbe and Tashkent. Every story is written by a person, checked against sources and voiced by one voice. We do not collect what we do not need: the app works without registration, and location is used only to show places near you.

Fully in Tajik now: the interface, place names, descriptions and every story by Bobojon. Each of the 360 stories and 206 places reads in Russian, English, Uzbek, Chinese and Tajik, no fallbacks. Bobojon knows the roads and cities of Tajikistan: Dushanbe, Khujand, Penjikent, the Pamirs. Small interface fixes.
