This app was going great. I was getting samples on time until my second round said the products were shipped, then under says waiting ship & still nothing arrived. Maybe I don't understand the app. I'm not able to get ahold of anyone to see what's going on. Anyone has an email I can get ahold of them to see what's going on??

I even deleted my account for over 30 days thinking I messed it up somehow... nope the first sample request I get one sample has fraudulent postage and the other one can't be posted on TikTok... how do people use this app 😭

Says it is not log into correct account & can't request samples I tried to uninstall the app to see if I could put in correct email, but it doesn't let me. It would be cool if I could request samples & put in the correct email.
