This app is great! Registered my company with my You Biz. The app is easy to use and understand. As this is a new brand by You.co and there are more rooms for improvement. I would suggest adding all the features currently offered on the website to the app version instead of needing to go to the website as it is much easier and hassle-free. Other features such as Pay now & UEN transfers can also be explored to grow You Biz! Other than that, I wish great success to the team & everyone!

I recently had a chargeback dispute with a merchant, and You Biz handled it exceptionally well, which took around 10 weeks to resolve. Impressively, I didn’t have to follow up at any point—they took care of everything and notified me once the funds were successfully credited back to my account. The support was prompt and professional. Highly recommended for anyone who value responsive and reliable customer service!

Their helpdesk chat is useless and is not able to answer simple questions related to overseas transfers - they take ages to reply and there is no number to call. - not clear on transfer fees. - beneficiary name too long - my customer couldn't fill in full - funds got rejected by DBS - called DBS, they say account held by You biz - Ask You biz to call. - Cannot call You biz, tried their chat, take forever to check. By the time they get back, funds returned to sender.

Could you kindly add Account Balance to the app? Now it's nowhere to be seen. I can see transactions and spending, but no balance remaining.
