App is a bit buggy, but improving all the time. I didn't have any issues connecting my Luna mist. I won't buy their oils any more (after 20+ years of ONLY buying their oils), but this is a quality diffuser.

I love being able to set "routines". I have one for waking, another for when I use my Biomat. I love to have a different oil for each routine too. I've wanted a sunrise clock for a while but procrastinated. Glad I did. When this product came out I jumped. I forgot to mention the sound effects that come with it and can also be used for the routines. It creates the perfect ambiance for a slow wake-up or to unwind. I did struggle to get it to connect the very first time but have had no problems since.

I can control my luna mist directly but the routines don't work at all!

The app is not user-friendly. It keeps telling me both of my diffusers are offline even though they're still running the routines I originally set up for them. It suggested deleting the diffuser and reconnecting it, but that does nothing.

Not directly Bluetooth. Takes up an entire outlet. Takes up an entire commercial 4-plug outlet. Programming is limited. Balance of unit make it sag off the wall. Unable to connect to a very stable network. Never connected. Horrible design as functionality goes. Beautiful simple look. Amazon has oodles of better options. If I could rate it at ZERO Stars, I would. Who in their right mind approved this for YL quality??

The 'Routines' button is no longer there, so I can't change or cancel any of the current routines that I've set up previously. Plus, some of the routines are sporadic and don't always come on when they're supposed to.
