I feel this app is very structured and organized. I find it is an easy way to keep track of my mental health symptoms. I also enjoy the mood, goal setting and daily reflection features. I'm getting used to the new version now. It doesn't work as fast as the older version used to, and it is less simple to use than it used to be, but it is still among the top helpful mental health apps. I was very upset with the unexpected change and had a bit of a meltdown at first, uninstalling it and then installing it back because I'm so used to using it. Despite the change and a bit slower functioning of the app, I still find You per has a lot to offer to manage moods and thoughts, goals

I feel like this app needs to be more upfront about the cost involved and provide more accessible options. There are no free options (other than the usual 7-day free trial which they hope you forget to cancel) and everything is behind a pay wall which they only reveal after getting hopes up. £69.99 a year wouldn't be too bad if it came out monthly, but if you want to pay monthly the price more than doubles! Suggests to me that they want money upfront as not many continue to use it longer term.

You per cares more about you spending money on the app and upgrading to premium than actually wanting to help you with your mental health. They like to show off with reviews and where they have been featured but unless your willing to spend money you won't like this app. Full anxiety report? Premium. Continue to talk to the bot? Premium. I'm depressed, I don't want to think of money, I just want to talk!!

Deceptive "free" app. Charge for the download if you are only going to waste my time with a 10 minutes screening then tell me I have to pay a subscription for use.
