Harrowing experience. The half-baked app allows you to order even though they don't have inventory. On top of it once paid, they take 3-5 working days to refund your money, even though it's their fault. Amazon now is better. Thanks for nothing Dus minute. App is also so slow that you should rename it to ek ghanta aur dus minute...Bhagavan bah rose.

Worst experience! Only the name is dus minute, they take more than 1 and half hour to deliver packed item like milk.

The app is "DUS MINUTE" but then upon placing order it shows 1-HOUR DELIVERY even when the store is in the basement of my building. Even after saying 1 hour for delivery, THEY TAKE LONGER! TERRIBLE SERVICE! And when asked the chap in person why they DELIVER SO LATE, I have got the same response that THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO GO AROUND DELIVERING. There's one at the store taking orders and sometimes has just one more person who can deliver. YOU SHOULD EMPLOY MORE WORKERS FOR QUICKER DELIVERY!
