This product is unreliable. I have it installed on two Samsung phones an S7 and S9 occasionally and I mean very occasionally it connects. Both phones have upto date phone SW and APP SW. it makes NO diffence if on Wi-Fi or phone data. It just will not connect making the wellbeing/lifeline useless unless you ring the company and ask them whereabouts my 94-year-old is. completely defeating the object of the tracker!!!! I also am unable to open on 2 imacs!!!!!
