Easily one of if not the easier multi currency account/card/debit or wad ever you want to refer it as there is. Setup was easy.verification of identity was easy (but will take 2–3 days to verify). But u submit ur docs.send a selfie n boom.! Wait for the approved msg sent. Delivery of debit card was also fast.ummm cant think more to praise them but just dwnld the app n use it. It's easy.fun.and quite rewardable at times.

Pros: Functions on app. Simplicity. Good rates. Almost fraud proof (well it's a debit card). Cons: Can't think of any yet. Overall: for a poor chap like myself who does not usually use cc overseas, I love it.

Despite numerous email correspondences with your customer service team, I have been unable to resolve a critical issue with adding my You Trip card to Google Pay. This problem has caused significant inconvenience, especially when I rely on digital payment methods for my daily transactions. I hope this review serves as feedback for You Trip to improve its customer service and technical support. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend your service to anyone.

Thks You Trip perks is a scam. When I made payments for Look via You Trip on 26 Nov 2024, they will highlight to you that perks will be made available to me after 45 working days. After 45 working days, nothing happened and we as customers will have to feed back to them, and they simply advised me to verify certain details they required. The trust and follow up is not there unlike Shop Back. Please refrain from using their perks. Their Perks = No Perks!

It's already been 5 days since I initiated a transfer to an overseas account & it's still pending. What's frustrating is it's impossible to get any help. I've checked the Support both in the app & website I get the exact same ans, asking me to refer to the app for the timeline. There was no number to call, so I wrote an email in, and guess what was the reply?? It was the exact copy & paste from that FAQ!!! NO HELP AT ALL!!! Btw the one timeline I can find from that transaction is SAME DAY!!!
