Someone from the background have tampered with this app. Something clicked inside the TV background when I started sharing experience. The app background is black no logo label on app. The app iTunes have been showing up on TV. I had never seen this before now that YouTube Music label logo is black I see it all the time. I wish Google could just sweep everything that apps have left behind after there deletion. And anything that Apple or Microsoft have attached to my Google TV.

If you choose to have premium lite, then the YouTube music app should be the best choice, since the premium lite is only with no ads with just the music. I have premium lite, and I'm still getting ads so what I don't like is the premium light lying saying that it was known as with the music, when I still got ads with this app.

Exhausted and disappointed 🤐 Spent around three years wasting my time. I thought Google, Google home and Gemini plus YouTube music what else do you need for dependability? I'm sorry it just doesn't... it did a bit but now Gemini for home devices has less control of YouTube. Gemini on android can't connect to Google home. But!!! My Gemini smartwatch is fantastic! That's not why I bought everything else. I'm feeling like getting my Sonos speakers again and linking it back into Google Nest min

Worst music service available. Years after killing off Google Play, YouTube Music STILL hasn't been able to provide a fraction of the usability that its predecessor had. This app is light years behind any other music service. The management of playlists is atrocious. Do yourself a favor and download ANY other service other than YTM.

Just directs you to the music page of YouTube without any of the features of the real app. No reason to install this.

I had to reset my Google Streamer yesterday and when I redownloaded my YouTube and YouTube Music app it no longer supports background play. It even shuts down if my screen goes to sreen saver. Guess I'll be Cancelling my YouTube Premium after 4 years and giving Spotify a try
