★★☆☆☆ I am a new Telnet customer with a yugo package, and I have already made an account via mia branch. However when I try to sign in to the app I keep receiving a pop-up message" access prohibited, only for telnet customers" ARE YOU KIDDING ME ???

★★☆☆☆ TV app keeps asking to log in. I have to scan QR code over and over again. And now when I open the app on my phone I get a message "That went wrong: Something went wrong. Please try again" I reinstalled but get the same message.

★★☆☆☆ I haven't done a lot of testing yet, but so far I can't say I have encountered any of the bugs or terrible quality the 1-star reviews below here are talking about. The app is simple, but it works and seems stable. "De Mol" (VIER) played just fine and HBO series (West world) seem to play nicely, with slightly varying quality. It took me a few phone calls to the Telnet helpdesk, but finally I received a text message confirming "Our maximum resolution is 1080p. Your selected resolution depends on your internet speed.". This contradicts what the Telnet developers seem to comment on the reviews below (saying the streaming is capped at 720p). The app settings also let you select a max resolution of Fulled (1080p). As also mentioned below, a main missing feature is subtitle selection. Even international series force Dutch subtitles by default that cannot be set to English or be turned off. On the other hand, Dutch spoken movies have no subtitles at all (except when the actors have a West-Flemish accent), which makes them useless to non-Dutch speakers. Edit: Please add a "Skip commercial block" button when watching a TV show after it's been aired. Or simply don't stream it at all. NOBODY is interested in a lawnmower or shampoo or "what's on later tonight" while watching a show at a later date. EVERYBODY is cursing and messing around with that '+30s' button. Why not save everyone some annoyance?
