Zain Cash forced me to stop my transactions until I provide them with a selfie, a video, a scan for my ID and full info about my income and my exact address on map! And to declare that I don't have a politician relative !! And to declare that I will provide them with an update within 10 days for any change in the submitted information, or I just simply can't complete using their card !! This is awful, why you need all this personal information and force us to do this, !! Shame on you !!! 😡

Can't log in because sometimes it says I typed a wrong password even tho it's right, and sometimes I don't receive otp codes and sometimes the otp codes doesn't even work saying it's incorrect, it's a struggle to login, overall a very bad experience.

Worst finical wallet I don't advice anyone to open there they take commission because I don't make transaction and there is no support when I call them all other option it's better than them, it's very bad app and company
