★★☆☆☆ Zamora unable to cancel order even went order made recently. I purchase something from Zamora and accidentally pun in my old address at 8am. I directly notice the mistake and when to customer service live chat which can only speak to live officer at 9am. So by then I contacted them, and they said cannot cancel or change as it was already packed. (NOT shipped, just packed). [THE order detail still wrote in process by the way]. Even shopee can cancel the order if recently made. Worse service.

★★☆☆☆ Bruhhhhh... it's been 9 working days. Did I receive my refund? NO. Did I get any update on the refund status? ALSO, NO. Your warehouse had received the item on 5/8/24, and as of today (15/8), still no progress. JUST RETURN MY MONEY.
