They don't respect their customers at all, regular scripted verbiages from their reps every time you try to reach out to them. I'm over them, so I just switched to your service. It looks cool, just a little bit of work needs to be done on the UI end of the application. Customer service & fulfillment is really good! ⭐

App was working properly. Suddenly It was logged out. I tried to log in more than 50 times but failed. I tried to change my password, but there was required to put OTP but OTP wasn't received on my given number even I tried many attempts. I have complained, but Issue has not been resolved yet. Poor Service. Need to improve 😠

When I go to zapp groceries, the navigation system is so tiring and time-consuming. No filters, very poor classification. This app takes almost 40% more time than other apps who have good classification.

I have placed 13 orders from their Pet Care store & not even a single time the experience was pleasant. With every order, the experience is getting more and worst. The promised time of order delivery is 1h 17 m but even after 4 hours the order is still being prepared and no sign of getting dispatched. Where Daraz like apps are giving refunds of delivery fee for even a single day delay, the Zapp team doesn't even bother to apologize, and yet they charge Rs. 200 delivery fee for this service.
