This is zappos in general and there phone operators. I purchased a pair of Nikes, and they were delivered on the 30 august. Not 2 wks in do I notice there coming apart at the bottom rubber. 2 wks... so I called the operator and I was told the only thing I could do is shop them back and wait for a refund. I told him I don't want the refund, I want the shoes. He said sorry that's all "we" can do. Well I couldn't wait another month for a pair of shoes I needed 2wks ago. After he hung up on me.

Horrible app I have set up my notifications for a specific shoe, and they never notify me even after seeing that the shoe has been in stock. They never restock on purpose. But on the Amazon app everything is fully stocked. Makes no sense

Zappos used to be a good place to get shoes. Now when you order something it stays in a "processing" status forever. Contacting customer service is impossible, and they used to have great service. Just like everything else Amazon touches, it's ruined. Won't use this again.
