★★☆☆☆ I loved the old Zappos, but I'm now unable to filter by most of the criteria I liked, and I've run into a number of bugs. I couldn't verify my card (couldn't tell if it needed me to enter my security code or re-enter my card number? Nothing worked) and it doesn't remember my search when I open my cart or something, so I can't move between my cart and a search. Still able to find cute shoes, but it's a lot harder...

★★☆☆☆ Why can't I search by size on the app? Or at least filter out plus size? I'm a size 4, and I'm seeing mostly plus size clothing. It's annoying that I have to scroll through all that just to find a few nonplus size items. It's a big waste of time. I'm about to give up and shop elsewhere.

★★☆☆☆ I enjoy shopping on this app, but it's not user-friendly, nor do the functions work properly. I have a new mobile device (2023) and despite thinking there would be improvements it has become worse. I can no longer chat, text Zappos customer service, or process returns. I literally have to call customer service every time. I'm considering disabling and no longer shopping with Zappos - which is something I never thought I'd say
