This is NOT user-friendly, so I'm sitting here with cards that I can't use. The tap function didn't work. I can't edit a landline # to a cell phone. The link I tried to set up didn't work. So, without help, I am now officially frustrated.

Ridiculous. Have tried multiple times to make a simple account to connect the tag I already purchased. The app is so poorly designed, that I can't even complete the simple process. Scam?

The tap function doesn't work well for the card and customer service is hard to reach, and the app has a bunch of paid add-ons.
