Gift card, app, instore and online platform are not synchronized. Very bad experience, the manager instore did not allow paying with the gift card even thou customer service said they should. The Gift card say explicitly it can be used for online or instore purchases.

Impossible to log in Worked somewhat ok up to now, but for the last week or so I input my login data and nothing - back to the main login menu over and over again. I have the latest version etc. Very frustrating, not to mention you shouldn't be asked to log in EVERY TIME you open the app, it's ridiculous.

My order has not yet been delivered after 3 days of placing my order. There's no contact details, the person who supposed to deliver my shipment is not responding to the WhatsApp. And now I have no gifts to give when we do our Secret Santa on Monday, 22 December.

I got a damaged item and contacting the live support is the worst. While waiting for the answer app closes. When I turn it on again - the chat is gone! You cannot see the history, nor any email of chat summary. I had to start over countless times with new support member every time, providing the same details. It's been going on for weeks now, and sometimes they just stop answering altogether in the middle of con. At the moment I can not even get to start chat - option is not available anymore
