Annoying in many ways, slow, descriptions are not in depth, payment was a pain as it asked me for an I D number etc., etc. Not impressed. It was difficult to navigate, too much irrelevant stuff on I was not interested in. Not coming back in a hurry tbh.

Impossible to log in Worked somewhat ok up to now, but for the last week or so I input my login data and nothing - back to the main login menu over and over again. I have the latest version etc. Very frustrating, not to mention you shouldn't be asked to log in EVERY TIME you open the app, it's ridiculous.

Had problems accessing my account several times. Today couldn't return an item via app, said there were no shops in Lisbon, which is not true and them had to spend 30 min with customer service to process the return.

My order has not yet been delivered after 3 days of placing my order. There's no contact details, the person who supposed to deliver my shipment is not responding to the WhatsApp. And now I have no gifts to give when we do our Secret Santa on Monday, 22 December.

Gift card, app, instore and online platform are not synchronized. Very bad experience, the manager instore did not allow paying with the gift card even thou customer service said they should. The Gift card say explicitly it can be used for online or instore purchases.
