This is an app/performance review For some season now if I add something to my basket but decide I don't want it a can't remove it as the bin button and the minus button do not work anymore why?..... Also being a red carpet member I've just seen Leon is sold out, yet I didn't get an email to say it was even available Thanks zavvi for another job well done (That's sarcasm by the way)

Clicking a Zavvi URL link doesn't send you to the website, instead it tries to force you to download a needless app in order to access the site, I get a blank page when I say no to opening the Google Play Store.

Placed a Pre-Order back in February of this year for an item due out May/June. Ever since, I would get told the date is pushed back and even recently they said it'll come out January 2023. Just checked and the order has been cancelled. The item has been out in other stores, but I didn't buy it as I couldn't cancel the order on zavvi. So now I'll have to go on ebay. Thanks Zavvi you useless pr*cks.
