Sorry for my strong language earlier; but it's the frustration of being stuck in the middle of nowhere. Vatican's pensione fund directed me to install Connect, but it does not ask for my credentials and go no further.

The login method is either unnecessarily complicated or above my IQ. In either case, I couldn't find a way to login in the app, because if there is indeed a way and the app does have actual functioning, it'll remain a mystery to me. So, I suppose the web portal will have to do for now.

Never heard of a job app in which you have a demo account (!?), instead of your data, after you've rec all your personal account on the website. It doesn't work: I can't record my working hours. I found only my files. No big deal. I watched the info video: I can't find that section. Are u for real that I have to chat (!) to ask where my info are? No wonder you have to ask your company when you forgot the password. PLEASE, do at least this: DELETE THE FAKE ACCOUNT INFO. Which is RIDICULOUS.

One of the WORST apps ever! The Place I work for using this app and is HORRIBLE! Does not work well on the cell phone, always have to update my password (iller than my bank app), and the setting on the screen does not work well as well. Anyway could write many more problems. HOPE U GUYS ARE WORKING To MAKE THIS APP WORK WELL. I use this because of my workplace and all the time I have to do something here I get goosebumps.
