The app continually kicks me back to the login page. I have confirmed multiple times that my password and username are correct because I am able to gain access through the website with the same information.

The app crashes every time I log in and goes back to log in. The website refuses to save any changes to a profile. We have reached out for tech support and received nothing more than a form message response. This platform is rubbish. Updated 10.11.24 App was finally working. New update went out yesterday, and now it is impossible to login. Stored credentials return an error of "insufficient permissions. You are not eligible to login." No remedy, no explanation, no access to my assignment schedu

Your app has bugs. I've installed it and re-installed it, yet every time I open the app, I get an error message: "Permission error You don't have the permission" Moreover, unlike other apps, each time I open the app, I have to go into settings, sign out, then sign back in order to use any of the app's functions. This problem arose within the last few months. I never had such problems last year.
