So bad !! I can't change ring mode to vibrate or silent or any other mod and I can't upgrade firmware it starts to upgrade and watch restart but the firmware has no change

The application and the device don't receive support. The app is dysfunctional, sometimes it sometimes works it doesn't. You can't sync your app steps with the device. And the most important part, the update firmware function does not work. Contacted Mykonos about it, and they said to ship the watch to them without warranty coverage. What?!
