Real is sort of "mental health care as self-care", and I love it. I began using it when I went back to college after a long absence, & it was really instrumental in helping me understand & cope with my associated feelings of anxiety. Now I'm done with school, but so thankful I can still have Real as my buddy in my back pocket. Listening to the sessions is like listening to a podcast, but a podcast that helps you learn about you. It really fits into my life, and I think fills an important niche.

I'm only on the free trial, but I really like Real's method of audio therapy sessions, challenges, and events - I haven't seen this structure before. The seven-day period between sessions makes sense in fully taking in the lesson and completing the prompts thoughtfully, fully learning, but I think 4 days would be more than enough time. I'll keep up the pathway and see if I continue this subscription. Also, customer service has been responsive to me and I haven't had a problem with my Android.

This app really seems like they have put so much time, love and energy in to making it. The pathways go over a range of great, helpful topics that are exactly what I felt like I needed when I began therapy a couple of years ago. I have had two different therapists in that time & neither of them gave me any sort of tools to help me to cope or work through what I struggle with. But Real in 30 days has already given me several tools so far, and I can't wait to continue using the app & learning. Great!

No ability to cancel membership in app or on website, you have to email support. I emailed support on October 13 to ask that they cancel my membership. Support quickly responded to my email asking why I wanted to cancel, but didn't cancel my membership, and now I see that I was just charged for another month of membership on October 26.

I just downloaded this app. It loaded long enough for me to sign up & pay for a month. Now, every time I click on the app it attempts to load & then closes itself. I can't even get into the app.

I like the content of REAL, however, ever since they updated their app (required) all audio sessions automatically close the app. Very frustrating!
