Using cutting edge technology and informed by the latest academic research and clinical opinion, the Zeffr app measures personal and workplace wellbeing across different branches that are intrinsic to overall wellbeing. With the added option of integrating Apple Health data, over time, Zeffr builds up an understanding of an individual employee’s wellbeing, and delivers scores and insights to enable them to keep track of how they are feeling at work and in other parts of their life.
Zeffr empowers individual employees to understand and take control of their own wellbeing, encouraging them to take care of themselves and others, creating happy, compassionate, empathetic, supportive and thriving workplaces.
Zeffr takes privacy very seriously. All of an individual’s conversations, scores and personal data are kept private. Zeffr provides organisations with a dashboard of aggregated, anonymous data to increase the understanding and awareness of the wellbeing of their workforce. This enables organisations to focus their wellbeing initiatives and resources in areas that are most needed and that will therefore have the most impact. The dashboard also enables organisations to track and measure the impact of wellbeing interventions they have in place.
