Love getting glasses through Zenni. Two pairs - one progressive lens and one for computer work for just over $100. Getting these at the eye doctor would have cost over $900!!!

I've ordered from Zenni multiple times, and have never been disappointed.

Doesn't work. It refused to let me make any purchases. I contacted Zenni And they sent me a promo code for my troubles which was expired/ didn't work. Followed all the instructions they gave me, still didn't work. I had to find a promo code online and use the website instead. These issues have be going on for a while.

Zenni gives poor customer service. They will accept a return of a defective pair of glasses but will not honor the same price you originally paid for them. I reordered the very same glasses but had to pay more money to get them. I was totally frustrated with that issue. They used to honor same exchanges but no longer. I will not be ordering from them anymore since there are other options out there.
