★★★★★ Zenus Bank allowed me to open a personal US checking bank account as a non-US citizen without the need to travel to the US. I can now receive my salary smoothly, bypassing the complexities associated with alternative services that are geared for a business or family/friend transfers. I can do an international transfer from Zenus to my local bank or use the physical debit card at a local ATM. My experience with customer service has also been very good with prompt and professional service.

★★★★★ Tooo many negative reviews, how can you charge $50 upfront. Even wise charge less than $20 and is refundable

★★☆☆☆ They charge 50 USD just for applying bank account. If the application gets rejected, you won't be given refund. This is a very wise way of looting money from people.

★★☆☆☆ Only way to apply for an account is to pay $50 and apply via app, but the app doesn't work and crashes every time I try to apply. Again, you can only apply using this mobile app which doesn't even work. Zenus is a scam. They take your $50 but won't even let you apply.
