Directions don't show route until you start moving which is annoying. Destination property address does not display while en route which is also annoying. Otherwise, it's a great app.

Excellent app but one complaint. I use this for school bus routes, but the "Stop Duration" has a minimum of 2 minutes which I cannot reduce, only increase. With bus stops sometimes lasting less than a minute, it messes up the overall times and pickup times on any schedule. I can ignore that, but the app would be 5* if that small issue could be addressed.

They will keep taking money from you even after you cancel their services. I cancelled my subscription back in November 2025 and the day before Christmas they stole 50 dollars from my account. I hurried to let them know they made a mistake, and they said they did make the mistake, and I had cancelled back in November. I'm still waiting on them to give me my money back. Their customer service is awful.

The app will not make a route anymore and couldn't get in touch with customer service so had to cancel and get a different app

Back down to two stars. The ONLY thing this app has going for it is the ability to import from a photo. It is maddening how rigid and awkward it is trying to organize and do basic housekeeping. I'm an election worker picking up ballots on 12 routes. I just spent 20 minutes deleting last year's runs INDIVIDUALLY! I want to keep a master list of our routes that will remain unaltered and use duplicates for daily delivery. You can duplicate but it's weird. It just fights you every step of the way.
