Excellent app but one complaint. I use this for school bus routes, but the "Stop Duration" has a minimum of 2 minutes which I cannot reduce, only increase. With bus stops sometimes lasting less than a minute, it messes up the overall times and pickup times on any schedule. I can ignore that, but the app would be 5* if that small issue could be addressed.

Directions don't show route until you start moving which is annoying. Destination property address does not display while en route which is also annoying. Otherwise, it's a great app.

Decent enough, the ability to upload via picture is a godsend, unfortunately that feature is a bit flaky when working from screenshots with occasional duplicates or weird random partial addresses, what it considers an address varies from day to day. Feature-wise, its rather overkill for a gig worker, my routes are one and done routes, I don't need a history, nor saved routes. In fact, I need very little, more control over what the last address is'd be nice.

Not being able to shut off Wi-Fi scanning is a problem it gives you the option to shut it off and won't continue unless it's on the app doesn't even do the mapping it just organizes the route.

They will keep taking money from you even after you cancel their services. I cancelled my subscription back in November 2025 and the day before Christmas they stole 50 dollars from my account. I hurried to let them know they made a mistake, and they said they did make the mistake, and I had cancelled back in November. I'm still waiting on them to give me my money back. Their customer service is awful.
