this app measure the sound and convert it to wind speed. is this a correct way to measure the wind speed. my room celling fan gives 5m/s and table fan gives 10m/s. i dont know whether this is correct or not !

Not working properly on Asus zenfone 5 When kept two mobile side by side (Asus zenfone and MI4). app on MI4 is showing wind speed as 2-3 m/s, app on Asus zenfone will show 7-8 m/s, which is quite impossible at ground level, when wind is not speedy

Doesn't work keep saying error then it crashed and kick me out of the app.

Would not recommend this app. to replace a real anemometer. The wind measurement was off by over half of the realtime airspeed measurement. It has possibilities if it could read realtime airspeed measurement.
