Always improving. Interface is smooth and helpful most of the time, although there are some hard-to-find settings and features that go unused or somehow get activated by a stray button press, leading to confusion. I'm lately frustrated that the screen lock during exercises still allows a stray touch to pause the workout, so a stray drop of sweat might negate half your workout 😭

Excellent app and excellent watches. Amalfi / Zepp are the go to for me. After being an Apple and Samsung user for their walled garden devices, Amalfi is growing and making their equipment and software better and better. I love the Zepp app and is flexibility and metrics. Helps guide me to better sleep, has an excellent suite of exercise.

The 10.x version is a real pain. Like it's been said, lots of new functions are useless but in my case it also *made my phone totally lagging and almost unusable* despite advanced system settings (force stop app, limiting battery background access, ...) As soon as installed, app services are running even if you don't use the app, and they put a severe pressure on device RAM. I went back to 7.9 version and all is well now (if you do so, don't forget to disable auto update)

Had app 6 months. Doesn't judge the sleep you accatully get, but it wants you to get. You never get a good sleep score. Constantly wrong bedtime. It's a day ahead. No answer from customer feedback. App needs a lot of work. Cange hypercharge back to biocharge, a stupid chage, we are people not machines. The watch it great!
