★★☆☆☆ My biggest issue is that it doesn't let you narrow down the historic houses before 1900. It lets you say anything before 1900, but then you get stuck with all the properties that don't have a year listed.

★★☆☆☆ I called to schedule a viewing but the manager of the property listed said he didn't have time. I would have to apply and pay the fees for a background check before I could even see the property. Once I did and was approved immediately I called to see the property and would move in asap. The manager was terrible, being rude, disrespectful and didn't have time once again. Asking did I want it or not. I didn't want to say yes, and then it wasn't what I was looking for. He was ugly, I hung up

★★☆☆☆ The sort by feature doesn't work anymore on the app! Why did you remove the sort by status? Now I have to scroll through all the saved properties just to find what I'm looking for. The website is great, but the app is annoying! And if I go on the website and deleted/removed all the sold or pending or off market properties, the app doesn't get updated! For the developer - On the app, when go to saved homes then sort by: replace "newest" & "year built" with either SOLD or OFF MARKET or PENDING

★★☆☆☆ Most posting seem to be fraud. Everyone wants to communicate on another app, what is even the point of zillow if the associated parties want to change over to another app. Most of these realtors are un professional and do not contact you back till late in the day even if you requested a tour the day before.
