Android 8 install problems! Now running version 2.5. Works well with my tablet, but I had problems setting up on my Android 8 phone. The app hangs up when trying to connect to the happy SSID in Wi-Fi 'white' mode. The only solution for the Wi-Fi setup is to (1) first put the hAppy in AP mode (Wi-Fi white), (2) go to the phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the happy SSID, (3) open the Chrome browser, and browse to //192.168.0.1, then click on the "Network Wi-Fi setup" button to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. After the printer is on your network with the Wi-Fi light solid blue, you can install or run this App and skip over the Wi-Fi setup. It was a lot of steps, but the App and printer are working great now. One more tip ... once you have the App up and connected, it is a good idea to go to the Settings : Advanced tab : Get Info and check to make sure the firmware is up-to-date. This is a nice printer, but the Android support is not as good as the iOS :(

Wasn't even able to use the app. It requires permission to manage and make phone calls, I refused to give it that permission so the app just closed. Why would it need to make or manage phone calls?
