The app wont even open on my Huawei Nexus 6p anymore. Multiple reinstalls and reboots and nothing. Once it was a great app, but I can't even use it anymore. Wait time is several hours to speak to someone to help resolve the issue. This is pretty poor service for an app that is all about offering a premium service. <Edit> I have been contacted by the team and they are actively looking to resolve the problem. This is much better service. Great work guys & girls!

Crashes immediately, can't open app on Android google pixel

Inconvenience caused due to app not working, therefore when with a client
this detracts from the service. As it is meant to be used for compliance,
convenience and speed.Please prioritise the fix as you are getting more
lenders on board with your app, that simply doesn't work all the time. I
can't get it to even open now and this has meant that my application cannot
be lodged today, for a quick purchase settlement, where time frames are
important.
