Good deals but they never have your order ready even if you wait 4 hours after placing it, and they always fail to actually log your order, so you don't actually get any rewards points.

My app is stuck at 106th, and I shop at dt location, but they don't offer the same daily deal and not able to change location on my app to know that the downtown location as different deals then the 106th which is stuck and can't change. And didn't know that each location has its own deals... What happens to price match???

Used to love these guys but then all of a sudden they say nothing to anyone, and now it's a Clear Choice. When I called a woman answers "hello can I help u"... doesn't identify herself of company. Seriously, Zips having done all thia is poor business standards and pisses me off. Really liked this place and most the people were awesome as well. So obviously Zips is just greedy like everyone else and could careless about their customers. U screwed us out of all the points with every system change to.
